1.
How will the allocation of Investor weeks be made?
Each investor/syndicate will be asked in January each year to indicate
their 1st 2nd, 3rd preferences in the Caribbean for the following
winter off season. The weeks will be allocated by preference if
possible. If this is not possible then by allocation.
2. What if I don't take my allocation?
You can transfer the benefit to a friend or business colleague.
3.
I have teenage children who may want to bring friends what is maximum
capacity of yacht?
The double aft cabins come with an extra single berth to take three
guests; therefore the maximum is eight berths.
4.
What Guarantee have I of the return at the end of year five?
The value is based on what used Grand Soleil 56's are selling for
at the moment less 20%. Being Skippered Charter only we should achieve
at least this figure. If you use your allocation of one week per
year for each €50k invested then whatever return you get for
your investment at the end of year five is a bonus.
5.
I have a famous client who will be with me, how discrete will the
staff be?
They will be 'Sworn to Secrecy'.
6.
Are the yachts capable of sailing to the Caribbean and back each
year?
Yes, they are designed for blue water sailing. Also since they will
be Skippered at all times the wear and tear will be much less than
on regular yachts. Also they are being purchased to the highest
possible specification.
7.
If I invest where will my funds be held prior to the purchase of
Yachts?
All monies will be held in our Solicitors Client account and can
only be released to purchase the yachts and pay for the services
as outlined in the Management Agreement.
8. What if the Yacht is stolen?
The Yachts will be insured to cover theft and miss-appropriation
with the Investors interest noted on the policy.
